Blues Legend BB King who died at the age of 89 on 14th of may is said to have been killed by poison.
The late's daughters Karen Williams and Patty King claim the dad was killed by his two aides.
The two daughters, lay out their claim in documents provided by their lawyer to the Associated Press.
"We lost the battle, but we haven't lost the war," Ms Williams said outside court after that lawsuit was thrown out.
However, Las Vegas police Lt Ray Steiber confirmed that homicide detectives are investigating the allegation.
